| 4. | No change can be given for treatments of a lower value than the stated amount. However, the remaining amount can be used towards a further treatment at a later date. |
| 5. | Gift Voucher purchases cannot be refunded if lost or stolen. |
| 6. | Gift Vouchers will be valid for 6 calendar months from date of issue and treatments must be booked by the recipient within the valid time frame. |
| 7. | Gift Vouchers will be dispatched within 7 working days of receipt of cleared payment (excluding bank holidays & weekends). |
